AW: Best Boyfriend!

We're off for a romantic getaway - I don't know where we're going!  He told me to pick him up at 4pm when he gets out of class.  He packed an overnight bag for both of us and stuck it in the back of the car, and told me to grab the wine out of the fridge before I leave to pick him up.

Laughing  He's the best!  Looking forward to some un-interrupted time together, which is much needed after his first year of law school and the finals he just finished!

I'll fill you ladies in later on where we ended up going, but in the meantime, what really sweet thing has your guy done for you recently?

    Aw! how exciting! When I moved down to Colorado my BF surprised me with a huge bouquet of pink flowers and not just the crappy ones you can get from the grocery store. He actually went to a flower shop and picked them all out. They were so pretty!

    Have a great time , sounds wonderful! FI is always doing little things - telling me I am special or beautiful , or saying how lucky He is to be with me , we did go out to dinner and a movie to celebrate our one year anniversary as well. Everything else isn't safe for work or the boards :P

    Well, I haven't seen BF for quite awhile, and I won't see him for about 3 ish more  months (how ever long my ticker says) but he does have random things dropped off at my apartment, flowers, candy, random presents which is nice, but we aren't big into spending lots of money on gifts. However, when we were in the same timezone he would randomly stop by and bring me lunch at work or would bring me home one rose (When I was little my grandmother and I would make homemade cards to send to all the elderly people in the nursing home in town for all the holidays and their birthdays and on every envelope my grandmother always drew one little rose because her saying was "one rose says it all" so that was her trademark, BF and I started dating 6 months before she died). He's a keeper.

    BF's flight wasn't supposed to be in until midnight last night but he caught an earlier one and surprised me! :)

    That's awesome! I wish my FI would come up with creative things like that!

    I have been getting a lot of back massages lately. I won't complain about that one bit.

    BF waited in line for 25 minutes to get me kettle corn and only complained about half the time!

    Just got back!  We went to a little B&B in the Keys - had a really romantic dinner at a beach restaurant, complete with bottle of wine and wonderful food!  We spent today by the beach in the hammock, and stopped to buy fireworks on the way back - we just finished the day with a firework extravaganza in our back yard!  Such a great little break!

    Sounds like a great weekend! I can't wait for next weekend - holiday weekend out of town with bf. I desperately need some time off, away, and with him!
