I'm so disappointed in myself, you guys.  I was down to my goal weight of 119 on Friday.  Saturday morning I got up an ran 8 miles, then got lunch and a cupcake with my FI.  That night was my friend's bachelorette party where I just lost it.  Burger and fries for dinner, tons of drinks, then we came home and had pizza, cake, and cinnamon sticks and I ate a TON of them.  Yesterday I was so hungover that I had pancakes, chocolate milk and popcorn (althought it was smartpop) before dinner.
This morning I got on the scale and I was 123.5 lbs!  I'm so down on myself!  I feel like this is what happens when I try to lose weight.  I restrict my calories and then as soon as I have 1 bad night, it's all back on my booty again.  I'm going to get back on track today but it's still a bummer.  I'm worried because I'm going on vacation to my FI's parents house (in a tourist town) and I'm scared I'm just going to blow all of my hard work
