What to tell my day-of-coordinator

I have a friend that is working on becoming a wedding planner. I asked her if she wanted to be my day-of coordinator so that I have someone who will take care of the small details for me since I will obviously be busy.

The few times we have met she has had really good questions, and seems to have proficient knowledge of the topics at hand. What I am hoping to get from you ladies, especially those that are already married, is what exactly does she need to know for the wedding? Like little details that I might miss or that she might miss?

I know this is kind of vague, but I am one month out and I am pretty sure I am starting to lose my mind.
And now we are as one

id think the most important thing would be a day of timeline.

more specifically - what music, in what order...who's walking down the aisle when. music for your intro into the reception. when to do the first dance/cake cutting/bouquet toss/etc.

guest book placement. if you're doing placecards and table number and menus...placement of things in general. things like that

I do day-of coordinating and this is the info (that I can think of off the top of my head) that make sure I know before the rehearsal:

(first of all, make sure you and her do a walk-through of your venue or at least look at pics together so you can SHOW her where certain things are supposed to happen.)

    -ceremony timeline, including processional
    -reception timeline
-timeline for the WHOLE wedding day... starting with getting ready or whatever is first
-all vendors, names, phone #s, email, etc AND a description of what EXACTLY they are supposed to do/bring. SHE should make sure that is all correct on the big day, not you.
-names and numbers of wedding party and family members
-list of who should get bouquets, corsages, bouts, etc.
-if you're doing any diy set-ups (candy bar, for ex) try do mock set-up to show her a pic of what you want her to do
    -details for any diy decor
    -if outside then rain plan
-list of music that you are ALSO giving to dj
-anything else that you need taken care of that day! once I had to stop and pick up a bunch of bows (like what you would put on a present) for a rehearsal because a bride called me crying that her moh didn't save the bows from the shower to make her rehearsal bouquet. Basically just tell her to be prepared! :)

Okay that's all I can think of at the moment :) Good luck!
