Items for sale (including wedding dress) after 4/24

Hi girls - I'll have pics of everything as soon as I can after the wedding, but wanted to let you all know what I'll have for sale in case anyone is interested in first dibs. I'll have a small window of time where you could potentially come pick up what you want on Monday the 26th, but then we leave for Greece till May 11th. If you are interested in anything just shoot me an e-mail and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. (Just FYI - we are selling a house, buying a new one next week in addition to wedding & honeymoon, so it's a bit crazy. It may be a day or two!)

You might want to email her (her email is at the top of the post). I have already talked to her about the manzanita branches, I am picking them up when she gets back from her honeymoon! :) I'm stoked!

I'm curious Trisha, how did you come about getting all these decor items?  Did you buy them in a store, online, etc?  I'm just starting this process and I was wondering if I should be looking for these kind of items myself, or if the florist typically provides them, or if some other vendor provides them.

    Thanks!

Hi Ladies - sorry I've only been able to check in here today and get back to those who e-mailed me for things. Most stuff has a first and second taker already. Thanks for helping me get rid of everything after the wedding. We are moving into our new house as soon as we get back from honeymoon so the less stuff to move - the better!!

hayhay43 - I have been collecting items since we got engaged wich was 18 months ago. A lot of items came from other knotties on the board. Some came from resale shops. A lot are brand new like the candy glass (TJ Maxx, target, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, etc.) and then a lot came from sites online like efavormat.com or save-on-crafts.com. I decided early on since I was crafty that I did not want to pay someone else for things I could do - so yeah, a lot of this stuff are things you would rent, have a florsit do, buy from a stationer, etc. but in my case I bought everything less than what I could rent or purchase a service for then am just selling it all for much less than what I paid - and giving the savings to others who are DIY'ers. So bascially in the end I will end up paying a fraction of what it would cost to have the vendor do this stuff for me - but the trade off is having to do things yourself. Hope that answered some of your questions & good luck!!
