Signing off...

Well it is a week early, but I know that with everything going on the next week I may not be on here much, if at all, and I didn't want to forget to say "See you on the other side...!"

My first BM flies in on Monday, my last day of work is Wednesday (off today then working 6 hour shifts the next 4 days), my bachelorette Passion party (ooooh boy...!) hosted by my work friends is Wednesday evening, our families get in on Thursday, then its a made rush to try and take his niece to the beach and the oceanographic center while getting all the wedding stuff done at the same time (she has never been to the beach!), MOH comes in Saturday morning, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner Saturday and Sunday, WEDDING! So much to get done, and I'm really hoping I get some time with my brothers beforehand too. So we'll see...

10.5 months of planning and I finally see the entire picture coming together. Although the most important thing is meeting Nate at the end of the aisle. I asked him the other night what he was most looking forward to about the wedding...he said "Seeing you in your dress." What a wonderful man God has blessed me with. I couldn't have hand-picked a better match for myself, God really knew what we both needed.

That being said, you ladies have been wonderful through the entire process. Some great ladies are on this board, and I am so grateful for all the advice, laughs, and fun that we have here! I know that God has blessed all the marriages (present or upcoming!) for everyone here.

The best advice I can give ladies who are still early on in the planning process or have a ways to go still, don't let the little details overtake you. We all have this vision for how we want our weddings to be, but in the long scheme of things it is 1 day and our MARRIAGE is what matters. At the beginning of the process I told myself that I was not going to be so stuck on a single detail and let myself turn into a bridezilla or get in a hissy fit over anything except my wonderful fiance. He is all that matters in the end.

Well, ladies...it is full speed ahead from here and I will see you all next as a marriage woman!!! God bless!!!

Yay! So exciting! Enjoy this week and relax and take it all in. You're definitely right that the importance should be on the fact that the wedding day is the 1st day of our marriage! Great advice!
