Going MoB dress shopping today...its just a hunch but its going to be the hardest thing I've done so far!

    Best of luck. The hardest thing with my mom was convincing her that paying $300 for a dress she loved was better than her settling for a $100 dress she sorta liked. It all worked out in the end, I'm sure your trip will too!

    That was one of our most challenging tasks too... we ended up with her getting a really nice skirt at Coldwater Creek and a nice sweater set to go with it. Still very dressy but something she's going to wear again.

    Took us forever too!! We even took a special trip to Atlanta and mom couldn't mind anything she liked in her price range! Finally she found a BM dress she loved back home in Nashville. It finally came in a couple of days ago!

    Well mom doesn't wear dresses at all so its going to be double the challenge. She has to get a nice formal dress as she is walking me down the aisle..and FMIL has already purchased a floor length gown.

    I'll cross my fingers for you!! My mom never wears dresses either. She's purely a shorts and oversized t-shirt kinda woman. haha. Good luck!

    I was happy that I got my mother to get the skirt and sweater set... she wanted a floor length royal blue gown that would not have gone well with our colors at all. Fortunately we couldn't find one that would fit her well.
