Reception Contract - Questions to ask before signing!??

Okay, so we decided to go with the Winterbourne Inn for our reception venue. So.. tomorrow I go and drop off the deposit and the signed contract. BUT I wanted to see if there are any questions I should ask before signing the contract/giving them my deposit??

    Make sure you ask them id they are allowed to change any prices between now and the date of your wedding.  For instance, does the contract say prices/menus are subject to change until your food contract has been signed?  Also, find out if there are any hidden charges that you may not have considered such as additional fees for lighting, electricity (for the dj/band) or anything else that may not be listed but the venue does charge for.  The person you are working with should be able to tell you about any of these little things that could effect your overall price.  Good luck =)
