A while back  (a long while ago) I posted about the guest list. FI and I are having a small (75 people) and intimate adult only wedding. Reaching this 75 person mark was difficult as I have 14 aunts and uncles and just as many cousins... maybe more! I wasn't able to invite all of my family. I've already gotten 1 Facebook message from a cousin I haven't spoken to in over a year asking about the wedding. Another cousin has asked if her kids can come and wasn't thrilled when I told her we'd be doing a small, intimate, adult only wedding. To top it off, one of my BMs posted on my FB wall that she got my STD. Eeek. 

In the grand scheme of things this really isn't much of an issue. I knew this stuff would happen, I'm just not thrilled that it's starting haha

    I just mailed out my STDs on Monday and have started anxiously watching my FB page waiting fir some thoughtless friend to post something about it. Delete, delete, delete! :)

    oh god it started for us the minute ppl knew we were getting married!! it's such a PITA. I love how people feel entitled to an invite or even take it so personally when members of their family who have never even met the bride and groom are not invited.
    We can only have 150 for dinner and that is a challenge. I feel like we've excluded people we really want there for people we just don't want to piss off. 
    The guest list is the one part of the wedding planning that I don't like.
