Reception Venue Help

We're getting married 9/10/11 and are having trouble finding a venue in our budget.  I've found a place I kind of like but want to know if any one has any better ideas.  The ceremony is taking place in a church in Wrightsville Beach and the venue I am currently considering is the Burgaw Depot.  We would like to keep it at or under $800 for the venue.  Any suggestions?

    USO Community Arts Center in Downtown Wilmington.  www.wilmingtoncac.org I we are renting it for the whole day for $1000 but I think you can rent it for half day for less.
