I know there's been a lot of post on tipping wedding coordinators, but I wanted to run this by you all. I have 2 wedding planners - 1 for preplanning and 1 who is in charge and does the day of. I'm very happy with their service and would like to tip both of them. I'm thinking $150 each. FYI- we're having a 55 person wedding and they are helping us with the ceremony, cocktail, and reception- the full day of festiviities. Do you think this is the right amount and do you think it's right to tip them equal amounts?
When we arrive, we also plan on gifting them with our welcome bags.
