where are you getting your GF cake?

Not sure yet!

Grand Gourmet has a baker they use, but they said it would be ok to use someone here in NY. So, I think we might find out how much it would be for Babycakes (a GF/vegan bakery) here in the city, or "My father's cookies" which is another really delicious bakery.

We have some time, but I don't want to wait for the last minute, otherwise who knows what could fall through!!

That is so awesome that you have a caterer who is willing to do everything GF.

well theres a place here in CT, dee's one smart cookie in glastonbury thats really really tasty. thats the one ill at least get the top tier for us - not the whoel thing though (not for that money! lol)

Are you very worried about the top teir? I was afraid that even with the cardboard, if they use the same tool to ice both I would get sick.

top tier i would get from a GF only bakery and id put the top of the stand together myself after the non-GF cake was setup. no way they are even TOUCHING my cake or what it stands on. lol
