  I haven't tried insanity.  I like to mix up the exercise tapes too.  I do several Jillian Michaels, yoga, Bender Ball.

    Your dress is beautiful!  I looked up the Supreme 90.  The whole system is only $19. Wow!  How long is each workout?

  Not a DVD, I know, but I just got Zumba fitness 2 for my Wii, and I love it. It's so much fun, I didn't feel like I was working out (which is key for me). I got so into it and dancing so hard that I shook a little statue right off the shelf, LOL.
