I made it! One year to go! Today was a nice day - FI and I talked about all the things we will be doing at this exact time next year. My dad, mom, aunt, and I had a good time this morning talking about lots of wedding plans too.
Yesterday I also booked Heinz Chapel!!! I got the 2:30 slot I wanted. I had to call by myself but I got through after about 50 minutes. Definitely worth it! Really excited to have the cermony there.
And I met with the reception manager and sorted out all of the small details and questions I had about the contract - got it signed and in the mail today!
Lastly, I had our wedding planner speak with some of the bridal salons. Since I don't think my mom will be able to come dress shopping - we got permission to actually take photos and video while we are there so she can help find the one.
So all in all - despite all the not so great things going on - wedding plans are still in motion and I can't think of anything I've ever looked forward to so much iin my life!
