I'm thinking Fireworks. Its a pizza place near the venue.

C is my first sister so I met her after she was born. And S and I met freshman year of college when she joined my roommate and I went to a frat party.

If my uncle attends he'll be coming from Japan, I think that is farthest.

A Pastor who is my FI's uncle's pastor and friend.

2. What are the groomsmen wearing?
They will be wearing gray suits with green ties and my FI will be wearing a gray suit with a pink tie... (our colors are pink, green, and silver).

3. Rehearsal dinner location?

Haven't booked it yet, but probably a restaurant near the venue.

4. How did you meet your MOH?

I met my MOH in highschool - we've been friends ever since!

5. Who is traveling the farthest to attend your wedding? (if they can make it!) And where are they coming from?

Two of my bridesmaids and my ringbearer are coming from Portugal.

6. What song is a must for your reception?

Two is better than one by Boys Like Girls and Sexy and I know it by LMFAO...we're thinking about coming out to that..lol

7. Are you wearing your hair up? Down? Half up?

Half up, but mostly down.

8. What is your favorite detail of your wedding dress?

The embroidered pearls and crystals.

9. Where did you have your first kiss?

At a blockbuster video - poor FI, waited over a week to just kiss me - we started dating after I had just gotten all four wisdom teeth out in one shot.

We had the same sixth grade teacher. She was a new student, just moved here.

Probably the Carolinas.

Mostly down -- maybe pulled back a little.

The rosettes on my ballgown.

10. My Question: Who said I love you first and how/when did it happen?

After dating for about a month, he said it quietly kissing me goodnight after taking me to dinner. So quietly, in fact, that I wasn't sure he said it. He would say it again a few days later, but I sometimes remind him about that first, scared time. There's nothing like that uncertainty, and how we can be so close and uninhibited now.

Well, my MOH is my sister-in-law so I met her through my older brother (she's actually a replacement for my best friend who won't know if he can even come until late- I've known him for 30 years, our moms used to be in the same mother's support group, lol)

Well, if my best friend and his family can make it, they'll be coming from Taiwan.

Probably up

8. What is your favorite detail of your wedding dress?
The skirt- it's got a different kind of sillouette

9. Your first kiss? At summer camp where we worked, after he'd gone home for a weekend and I missed him....

10. Who said I love you first and how/when did it happen? Okay it's going to make me sound insane but I said it, like, after we'd been together a week- I know, I know, can't believe he didn't run away then! He played it very cool though, just kissed me and waited about a month to tell me he loved me too. I like it because I know he thought about it and didn't just repeat it back to me but I also like telling him, "haha, I knew it, I was right from the beginning!"

11. Name a quirk or characteristic of your FI. My fiance refuses to eat things with Boston or New England in the name, like Boston cream donut, New England Clam Chowder, Sam Adams Boston Lager, etc...lifetime New York Yankees and Jets fan.

Right now we have a professional officiant but I think I might possibly ask an old friend's dad to do it....he is no longer our associate minister at my church but he is the head minister at a church 2hrs away. He was my buddy on the mission trips when I was on high school (we all were paired with adults in the church).

2. What are the groomsmen wearing? don't know, its up to the fiance

3. Rehearsal dinner location? right now it's the melting pot although I would rather have it at bucca di beppo

4. How did you meet your MOH? I was stuck with her at birth-it's the older sis

5. Who is traveling the farthest to attend your wedding? (if they can make it!) And where are they coming from? My sister and her boyfriend Miguel, Phoenix to Cbus

6. What song is a must for your reception? All for You-Sister Hazel (it's our song....I know weird)

7. Are you wearing your hair up? Down? Half up? I think I will be doing it all up unless I have the stylist stay to change.

8. What is your favorite detail of your wedding dress? The comfort of it.

9. Add your own question for us to answer!....If you had to ditch/change one detail about your wedding that you have planned thus far, what would it be? For me it would be a major detail....I would go back to my original plan of doing a destination wedding. I changed to a traditional wedding for my mom and looks like no matter what she won't be able to go due to her condition....Hoping that changes in the meantime!

1st kiss....2002 Ohio State Fair....definately doing a second session of epics this July at the fair to celebrate so we can display them for our 10 year anniversery (which is the week of our wedding).
1st declaration of love..... fiance said I love you in the parking lot at work
fi quirk....he doesn't like lettuce....took 8 years to get him to eat a salad.....now ceasar salad is ok

We were laying on my couch at my duplex and he just leaned over and kissed me.

I said it first. We had been together a couple of months (friends for a few months before that) and I said it because that's how I felt and I'm a little bit more open with my feelings. I think we were hanging out at my house.

11. Name a quirk or characteristic of your FI.

He baby talks...it's a habit he picked up from me and my friends. He will deny it to the ends of the Earth, but he does it. I'm waiting for the day he slips up around his friends...I kinda tease him about it lol.

12. How long had y'all been dating before he proposed?

FI and I had been together for three years before he popped the question.

A pastor from my church I grew up in. And he happens to be a family friend since my brother and his son played soccer together.

2. What are the groomsmen wearing?
All black with a fuschia pink vest and tie. Pic in my bio

In first grade my family moved to the city we live in now and she lives about 5 houses down from our current house. Well our moms set up a play date with each other and we have been best friends ever since!

Name a quirk or characteristic of your FI.He's really stuck on doing things "the most efficient way" - i.e., we have to plan our route from the grocery store, to the gym, to the mall such that there is no back tracking, even if that's not the order I'd like to get things done. Sometimes it drives me crazy, but mostly I think it's kind of cute.

13. What has been the most fun part of wedding planning? The hardest? I have LOVED our counseling. We have a pretty big requirement with our church (8-10 sessions with a counselor, plus 4-5 with our pastor) but we've really enjoyed the conversations.

13. What has been the most fun part of wedding planning? The hardest? Most fun: picking the big things such as venue, dress, etc. The hardest: all the little details, especially since I'm planning from out of town.

14. Must Have Pic? My venue has these really old doors outside. All brides and grooms who get married there take a picture kissing in front of those doors. It's a must have.

15. Where are you going on your honeymoon? Hopefully Italy! Deciding very soon.

16. What kind of flowers will you have in your bouquet? Dahlias, garden roses, and other soft pink and cream flowers.

The back - I love the corset back and it shows off my booty!

At my first apartment in college

He did. We were cuddling together in my living room.

He knows a ton of absolutely useless trivia, which doesn't come in too handy except for in winning games like Trivial Pursuit. Also, he always sings to our cat

Exactly two and a half years

13. What has been the most fun part of wedding planning? The hardest?

Most fun: picking out my dress, and working together to figure out the big things. Oh, and cake tasting! The hardest: We are getting married near where we both grew up, which is two and a half hours from where we currently live.

14. Must Have Pic? The two of us and all of our family members together.

15. Where are you going on your honeymoon? Not sure yet - we need to decide soon. We are thinking about Aruba.

16. What kind of flowers will you have in your bouquet? We just started talking to our florist, and we will be using lots of seasonal flowers, including wildflowers.

17. How did your fiance propose? We were on a hike in a state park (the same state park we had gone camping at on our first trip together). When we got to a very pretty spot overlooking a lake, he got down on one knee and pulled out the ring!

13. What has been the most fun part of wedding planning? The hardest? I liked picking out my dress! Budgeting and guest list is probably the hardest.

14. Must Have Pic? I can't wait for the first picture of both our families together! I have eight siblings, two in-laws, four nieces, a nephew and it's not often that we're all together- plus, his side of the family. Such a big group picture would be great.

15. Where are you going on your honeymoon? We're thinking the Adirondacks- his family has a summer home there and since we can't really afford to go anywhere really exotic, we might just take a week there.

16. What kind of flowers will you have in your bouquet? Dried wildflowers

17. How did your fiance propose? It was our fourth anniversary and we were back visiting the camp we had met at after going out to dinner. (He worked at a different position in the same area and I was up visiting him so we stopped in to see the friends of ours who still worked there.) I had teased him saying that he didn't need to get me a present, that just being able to be with him and go out for a nice dinner was perfect but he said he had until midnight. When we were walking back to the car after hanging out for a bit, he stopped us on the camp road and started talking about how four years ago we had met at this place and how much he loved me and wanted to spend the rest of his life with me...and then he got down on one knee. It was a few minutes to midnight

Not sure which is farther from MN (CA, VA, UT, AZ, or GA)!! Cousins in CA, sister & brother-in-law & nephew in VA, brother & sister-in-law & niece in UT, brother & FSIL (and cousins) in AZ, and cousins in GA.

Not counting the first dance and father/daughter dance, "Dancing Queen" by ABBA, "Margaritaville" by Jimmy Buffet, and "I Love that Olde Time Rock 'n' Roll" by Bob Segar

Up or half up, not 100% sure yet (depends on length) but probably all up!!

The bottom and train (it is layers upon layers of ruffles and is GORGEOUS)!!

At the birthday party where we met, we were playing spin the bottle truth or dare style (we combined the games lol) and a mutual friend dared us to kiss!

He did. Roughly a month and a half after we started dating (New Year's Eve 2011), we were cuddling while waiting for our friends to show up and he was telling me all the things he liked about us and finished it by saying "I love you".

He is one of the MOST frugal people I have EVER met!! But I love him for it!

12. How long had y'all been dating before he proposed?

3 years and almost 11 months!!

13. What has been the most fun part of wedding planning? The hardest?

Most fun: Finding our rehearsal dinner and reception sites!! Lots of talking and family involved which was amazing!!
Hardest: Him deciding who his 3rd groomsman was.

14. Must Have Pic? His reaction the first time he sees me in my dress (we are planning a private moment before the rest of the pictures for him to see me for the first time). Also, our first kiss as husband and wife!!

15. Where are you going on your honeymoon? Planning on a Hawaiian Honeymoon!!

16. What kind of flowers will you have in your bouquet? We are using silk roses and cala lillies (if we can find good looking silk cala lillies).

17. How did your fiance propose? I had gotten back to MN the day before (after being away for most of the summer), and we were out shopping for a bag and tissue paper to wrap my friends wedding gift (we were going to her wedding that weekend), and we stopped for ice cream (split a small DQ blizzard) and went to our special spot that overlooks the Mississippi River in Brainerd, MN. After eating our ice cream he held my hand so I wouldn't slip as we walked down to the shore of the river, and as the sun was setting over the river he told me he had a surprise for me but I had to promise him something, then he knelt down, held up my ring, and said "Will you promise to marry me?"!!

18. Are you doing any of the group dance songs (Chicken Dance, Electric Slide, Cha Cha Slide, Cupid Shuffle, etc.) at your wedding? Why or why not??
We are definitely doing at least the Chicken Dance, Electric and Cha CHa slides because those are favorites of myself and my family at wedding dances!! We consider them a lot of fun!!
