bridezilla moment... almost

My shower is this Saturday yaaay! And I'm a bit.... shall we say, irritated. 15 of FI's family haven't bothered to get back to FMIL or FSIL on if they'll be there or not. My grandma is providing the main food, so we kinda need to know. Gramma decided to just plan on feeding them, but it still annoys me.

Then I have 2 friends who do not drive. Both of them ask me today if they should find a ride or if I will pick them up. I'm sorry, when its an event for them I go out of my way to be there. Is it too much to expect them to do the same?

Finally, our best man has yet to get fitted. Deadline is the 28th same as the 60 RSVPs I'm waiting on, but that's another post all together! And he keeps saying "I'll do it tomorrow..."

I wouldn't be so insane about the fitting... except I paid for it already and if he doesn't get fitted I lose my deposit on it! I had FI text him and it was useless... FI goes "sorry man she's ridin my a on this." Well dude you'd be 'riding' too if your money was on the line!

Grrr.
Its been a very long day and I just want to scream.

    OMG I feel for you!  Sorry!   I think at this point. It is ok to be Bridezilla!

    I feel you on the tuxes, our deadline was the 17th or we have to pay a rush fee ($20). Well FI had to give his bro the deposit money for bro and dad's tuxes so they could order them this past weekend. they have known they needed to get fitted for over a month and a half so now they decide to go. I also still have a bridesmaid who hasnt ordered her dress (its a target bridemaids dress so she has some time) but she knew she needed to order the dress since May and asked a month ago for the info again but still hasnt ordered it....

    We had the same problem with my shower.  over half didn't bother to RSVP. my mom did the food as if everyone was coming.  barely anyone showed up :( but those who did show up must have been hungry because almost all the food went

    we have one GM who hasn't been fitted.  won't return FI's texts or calls.  FI finally took it upon himself to get the measurements from the store where this GM was fitted for his wedding a few months ago and send them to Men's Wearhouse.  FI told him and asked him to go make the deposit....no text back of course.  starting to worry a bit :/

    We had the tuxes paid off in June! BM has been out of work so he's had time! it takes 10 minutes to drive up, 10 minutes to get fitted. Grrr.

    I'm just ready to be done. People are making me batty.

    That's how this guy is. FI and BM try to make plans, hang out, do nonwedding things... nope, dude flakes. He's been like this since June! So annoying.
