January 11, 2009 marked the start of a healthier me. Since then I lost 44 pounds and gained 5 of it back. Over the holidays I noticed an increase in jiggle and a decrease in definition. Well, that's what happens when you get lazy, right?
I bought my dress and it fits just fine, but I'm not happy with the way my body looks and feels again. So I'm starting up again with being very focused on diet and exercise.
Today I tried to jog around my neighborhood. This was something I could do in September, but because I haven't done it in so long I had to walk a lot more often than I'd like. And I had to work to find my old rhythm. I'm a bit disappointed, but I know that with consistency and practice I'll be back to my old abilities soon.
So the exercise plan for the next week is:
Saturday: Weights - full body
Sunday: Jog/walk or Tennis (if I can talk FI into tennis)
Monday: Billy's Bootcamp
Tuesday: Walk twice at work (11 hour day)
Wednesday: Weights - full body
Thursday: Wii Fit free run
