Since we're talking about childhood books, what about creepy dolls?

My younger sister had a Michelle Tanner doll, fashioned after the Olsen twins' character from "Full House." It was creepy and evil looking. I once had a dream that it came alive and tried to choke me. I hid the doll from my sister and claimed "she must have misplaced it."
