Alternative to flowers for moms during the ceremony?

So I know that some people give single roses or something similar to their mothers during the wedding ceremony.  I like the idea of giving our moms something, but I don't know if I want to do flowers...I just don't know what they would do with them.  Has anyone ever seen anything else done or have any ideas?  TIA!

    We are making the moms little bracelets with a brooch attached (to match my bouquet) instead of giving them flowers.

    We are doing fabric+feather corsages from etsy. Haven't actually purchased them yet, but there are so many beautiful options.
