I am getting married in October and am looking for a really yummy but not too expensive wedding cake! We are having about 175-215 guests. I looked into Bethel Bakery to ask for pricing but they wouldn't tell me. They said that they will contact my vendor and we'll work through them. So, I don't like that idea and now I'm not going to go with Bethel Bakery. I guess I just don't understand why they can't tell me a price instead of working through a 3rd party.
I am wondering if anyone has worked with Paddy Cake Bakery? I don't know much about bakeries in Pittsburgh, so anything will help! (If you need info about Carlo's, Cake Boss, I can help you with that because I live in Hoboken!!!)
