Recipe Thursday!

What did u make that you want to share??? Are you lokking for anything specific??

  • Well I've been happily cooking 100x too much and eating leftovers for a week.

    This week I decided to make chili and I love spicy ones!! FYI I usually cook all of them then freeze 1/2 for later.

    2 lb ground beef (or turkey or venison)
    1 chopped white onion
    5 jchopped alapenos
    2 cans of tomato soup
    1 can beef broth
    2 cans of  hot chili beans
    2 cans of kidney beans (dark or light)
    2 cans of black beans
    Whatever amount of chili powder, garlic salt, black pepper, and cayene pepper (keep adding them until you like the taste)

    Cook the beef with onion & jalapenos until beef is brown in a huge pot
    Pour in everything else (all of the cans)
    Add all of the seasonings until you like the taste (usually more chili powder compared to the rest)
    Turn down heat a bit and it's ready when everything is hot!

    I like to also add siracha hot chili sauce in the chili in my own bowl.

  • I made these mac and cheese muffins on Monday with a salad for dinner and they were great! Only 150 calories per muffin and FI didn't even miss the meat! :)


    This was also another successful low calorie meal. FI loved it.
