  I'm using CaraSue Hall for both.  She did my hair for a friend's wedding in April and it looked awesome!!

  Not sure where you live but I am using Indulgence Spa for hair and The Pretty Kitty for makeup.
  
  Both in Blue Springs and super reasonable. Malena at The Pretty Kitty will travel and her cost is only $40!! And if you have 5 or more bridesmaids that also get their makeup done, the bride is free

  I just did a trial with Jolie of "Jolie Artistry" and so far, I loved her make up skills and the smokey eye she gave me.  I ended up using her for my engagement photos too.  She only does make up - no hair.
