  • So far, so good. I took yesterday as an off day, because there just wasn't time to get to the gym.

    The fear of not fitting into my dress (and the wrath of my tailor) is keeping me in check.

    Today will be back to the grind after the final walkthrough at our venue with the caterer.

    Additionally, my triceps are evil. Anyone have any (better) workouts to tone?

  • triceps are hard...they just dont budge like everything else...lol...
    I was ordered by the doctor to quit working out until my hip popping goes away...its not going away...everything I do agravates it.  So I quit working out and focused on my diet and drinking LOTS of water...this seems to be helping.....I was down in weight last week...we will see how this week goes.
    I get my dress back today from being steamed.  I now have the bra, so I need to put it all on and see where it is....I hope it fits...agony...really...it needs to fit...I dont have any more time....and I'm so glad everyone on this board understands that.. :)

  • I'm just glad that I've maintained my weight and haven't really gained anything back.  The past 2 months, I've really slacked.  I just figured losing 20 pounds wasn't going to happen and I was happy with the 37 pounds I've lost.

  • Still doing well, i get to the gym most days and have been working with my PT 3-4 days a week, this week hasnt been good as i feel TOM coming and all i want is chocolate cake=(
    but the scale is staying the same, ive lost inches and i love that sore feeling from a good workout=)

    keep up the good work ladies, we are at the end!
