Hi ladies! I've been MIA for a few days, but been "stalking" and glad to see so many checks!

So, I finally found a rental car for our trip to Seattle! We're leaving on Sept. 9th to see one of FI's roommates get married- so excited for our long weekend together! Anyways, FI turns 25 in November, so he'll be under 25 as our rental car driver...which means people will charge us up to an extra $20 per day! However, I found a company that's only going to charge us for 3 days instead of 4, and is pretty reasonable.

No new wedding updates...believe it or not, haha...but did have a great weekend going to the Panthers game! Now if only they could play like a real NFL team :) Oh well, I love them still!

    Good morning! I'm really motivated today so hopefully I will get a lot done. We have company coming in late tonight so this is my last full day to get things together before I start my job. I have to paint, get some shopping done & do LOTS of organizing! I hope everyone has a great day!

    Sarah -  $20 a day?!?! That's bizarre!  Glad you found something that worked for you.

    Krystal - Good luck getting everything done!  I know that its such a relief to get things knocked out.

    I finally finished my centerpieces last night! WHEW!  I had to dig deep to find the motivation for that.  But, I was running out of time and really didn't have a choice.  I'm sending our DJ the information they need today.  We are closing in...and I think I've got it mostly together.  Hope everyone has a great Tuesday!

    Good morning! I had a terrible trip into work today with all of the rain and million accidents out on the road. I had to turn around at one point and go another way, then I had to get gas... booo. Lol, I hope this day goes by fast!

    Sarah, yeah the rental car thing sucks. It's good that you got a good deal.  We rented a car in France on our honeymoon for two days and it was so expensive.  It ended up being about $1000, after conversion of euro to dollar and all of the insurance, plus we got automatic and we were under 25, it sucked big time.  We probably would do it differently if we had to do it again, they weren't clear about what the levels of insurance meant before we got there, then we found if we purchased the level of insurance that we'd planned to, we'd pay still pay 1,000 euro for any damage, even a scratch.  So, that's turned me off from renting cars... haha!

    Its crazy to keep seeing you Raleigh girls post about rain lately -- here in Greensboro we aren't getting any!  I wish we would so we could quit goiing out to water all the plants and run the sprinkler (which has to be moved every 15 minutes). 

    I'm having major wedding stress lately.  I think we might have to scrap a few projects I wanted to do, due to lack of time (like the photobooth) :(  I was disappointed last night and apparently FI stayed awake most of the night trying to figure out how we could do it all without runing out of time...sweet of him, but I don't want him to stress like that either.  Oh well.

    Beth you can have the rain.  By the time I got to my car from work yesterday I was absolutly soaked.  If I had gotten my clothes out of the washing machine and put them right on, I'd have been more dry.  It was raining again this morning, the commute in sucked.

    Hope everyone's having a great Tuesday.  I've got a class today, at work.  We're learning about a new software program.  It's actually pretty interesting.

    Almost all of our invitations are in the mail, FI owes me a couple addresses, but I didn't want to hold all of them any longer just because he doesn't have a couple cousin's addresses.  I'm hoping they survive the USPS trip.

    Good afternoon! I'm a total slacker on the good mornings... I blame the rain. :)

    Invites went out today! FI took them to the post office after I left for work. Time for mailbox stalking!
