Affordable glatt kosher caterers in north jersey/nyc area

Hi!
My fiancee and I are looking at venues in the north jersey/nyc area and we have a few in mind, but all of these places we need to use an outside caterer as they do not do kosher catering.

We really have no idea how much the catering is going to cost us but with the places charging between 60-80 per person (for the space, alcohol, linens, ect) we are really only have the budget to spend about $75 per person (max) on caterning.  Is this unrealistic?  Any caterers that you can recommend that you have used in the past that come in around this price?  We are looking to have about 200 people

    Hi, I used Main Event Caterers.  I would call them and ask you to send them a list of the venues they usually work with.  The thing with Kosher is it really matters on the menu.  If you go dairy it will obviously be a lot less than if you do meat, etc.  Good luck!

    Yes -- we are open to doing just about anything with the catering to get the cost down..even if that means no meat!

    Hopefully it also means we can have milk chocolate in our desserts :)
