So I decided That I am going to start working out 2 times a day mainly it being cardio twice. Did some p90 x to start my day and then finished off with the turbo jam cardio burn after work. Not only am I trying to lose 15lbs for my wedding I am also trying to just loose 15lbs in general and I go on my cruise in 2 weeks. YAY. so I am about 5lbs down so I guess 10 more to go.
