Wednesday 30DS/Challenges Accountability

Day 8 ladies!!!! We are 2 short days away from level 2! Is everyone still liking it? Is it getting easier? Are you feeling/seeing results?

  • I definitely feel it getting easier for me, but I am nervous to move onto level 2!  I know it will push my limits though, and I'm sure I will start to actually see the results soon.  (I was flexing in the mirror last night after I did it; no huge muscles yet, but I'm feeling a lot better!)

  • I did W3D1 of the Squat Challenge last night. I completed 107 tiotal squats.

    This morning I did Day 8 of the shred... I am REALLY liking it. I am more in shape so I can do the workout much faster and go at it harder, so I think the effects of it are increasing everyday. I am really looking forward to moving on to Level 2 on Saturday though!

    Is everyone still liking it? Loving it!

    Is it getting easier? Yes- but I am pushing myself more so I am actually more tired after the workout now.

    Are you feeling/seeing results? I can see results in my arms and abs. LOVE IT! I can also feel the results.... I am SO much more in shape and we are only a week in!

    Tonight I will be doing my Push Up and Dips Exhaustion Test and Sit Ups Challenge W4D2.

  • I've upped my hand weights and try to do things faster so I actually feel it.  I can't wait for level 2.

  • I feel so far behind!  I didn't get to start it until this past weekend so I'm only on Day 4 but I am very excited for level two.  So far Jillian has not gotten annoying yet but that probably has to do with the fact that I watch TV while working out!  My arms aren't really sore anymore so that should help out more today!  I'm planning on doing a short yoga video with it today since I really want to work on my flexibility too!

    I am on day 4 today too! I pushed through some soreness last night. I felt much stronger doing the pushups then I did the first 2 days. I am going to Zumba tonight too!

I'm scared to do the final test for the 100 push ups because I don't think I can do 100, my arms are crazy sore and have been. But I will be trying to do that probably tomorrow morning, maybe.  Is everyone still liking it? Yes I'm really liking it! Is it getting easier? Yeah it does seem to be getting easier. I'm sad because I have only lost a couple of pounds since starting but I'm hoping that will be changing soon!

I am struggling with push ups right now.... it is frustrating.... but if you stop and think about where you started and where you are at, its a really good feeling. When I started I could only do 6. Right now I can do about 55-60. That is a ton more and if thats all I can do, then I am SO happy with that. I dont need to get to 100.

    I would try to limit yourself to only weighing yourself once per week and in the morning before you eat anything. :)
