Mother of the Bride Dress Shopping

Hi All,

I'm looking for shops in the triangle area that my mother and I can visit to find her a mother of the bride dress that she loves!  The department stores (Belk's, Nordstrom, Macy's, etc.) just aren't doing it for her.  Anybody have any ideas?

    Bridal Mart in Burlington is great! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but they have SO many dresses and they're all really good quality. I got my dress there and my mom got hers there and we both love them!

    My FI's mother had success at David's Bridal. She didn't get a traditional, pale, sparkly MOG dress, which is just fine with me. She mentioned to me a few weeks back that she'd been shopping with no luck at the dept. stores, and I said, "whatever you do, get a dress you LIKE, in a color you LIKE."  She'll be in Sangria, a kind of cranberry color, and she'll look smashing!

    We actually found one for her at Bridal Gallery of NC on Tryon and Cary Parkway in Cary.  It's where I got my dress, the bridesmaids dresses and the flower girl dresses.  She'll also be in a wine color (sangria is probably a good way to describe it).  Then we ran over to DSW and got her awesome sparkly gold shoes!  :-)
