As of this morning, I've lost 20 pounds since the begninng of October. :-D
I've been seeing a personal trainer once a week, going to the gym on my own 4 times a week, and have made some sustainable and not-so-hard diet changes.
I'm a long way from my final goal, but it feels good to be making some real progress.
Does anyone else have any fitness/weight loss goals they are working on??
