Hello! I recently got engaged and am starting the whole wedding planning.  I'm very excited, but a little overwhelmed.  My FI and I are thinking about having 50 guests and are looking to keep a budget of 10k-13k.  I really like Casa Feliz, LMEC and maybe Ceviche.  Do any of you have any other recommendations or advice with any of these venues?  Also, what are the average prices pp for caterers?  I'm sorry for all the questions, but I am just starting out and so new to this.  thanks for your help :)

    Welcome!!

    Another location you may consider is Winter Park Farmer's Market.  Casa Feliz is beautiful.  

    I'm paying $59pp for a sit down dinner with John Michaels but you will find caterers for every budget.

    I second John Michael's we are at $38pp and have the option for sit down but haven't decided yet.

    As for venues we are having about 80 people at the Science Center and are coming in around what your budget is (as of now).  I think you can definitely do something in your price range.

    My brother had his reception at Ceviche and while it was nice and intimate (20 guests) it felt much more like a dinner out with the family than his wedding reception.  Food was great and we left full and I don't believe he spent more than $2k
