FX CASINO WHARF FALMOUTH, MA

Can anyone tell me if they've had any dealings with the FX CASINO... I  am having such a hard time with the event planner - she doesn't return my calls....or emails...my planning is in full swing and i've emailed her over 6 times for quesitons i need answers for.   also tried her cell phone..left message with no responses.  i'm at a complete loss here.... has anyone had this happen? ?

    I ran into the same problem when I wanted to look at it to see if it might be a possible venue for our reception - I never got a response to two emails and a phone call, so we never ended up looking at it.  So sorry that you're having this issue - are you already under contract with them?

    We had the same problem when looking at it for our rehearsal dinner.  We ended up going somewhere else b/c when you are planning a wedding there is way to much to deal with than an unresponsive venue.  Good Luck!!

    Same problem as pp - I contacted twice to look at it as a possible wedding reception venue and never heard back.  They are stuck up and rude!

    I had this same poor experience. Last March/April we had considered it as a wedding venue, but decided it was unfortunately too small. The event planner we dealt with at the time was great and responsive.  However a couple months following, we went to them inquiring about having our rehearsal dinner there. By that time, the original event planner had left Casino Wharf and was taken over by someone else. We were genuinely interested in booking, which at the time they indicated was available, but after a lack of responses and failure to provide us a menu they turned around to say the evening was already booked! When it was our understanding they had penciled us in. I'm sad to hear that I was not the only one that experienced this problem... stunning views and great room, but don't know if it's worth the hassle.
