Ok, though I'm not getting married, the accountability to stay in shape (which gets harder without a wedding to motivate me!!) is necessary for me. In short, I wanna play!

Wow Jen level 3. Im just getting into 2. but I did do 1hr. power walk n band workout. (I found a great one in the Feb. issue of fitness mag) its great.

okay. So i did 30 min of interval train on treadmill and 10 min on stepmill( boy is that stepmill hard now i know why people look like they are dying on on).
