What does Milwaukee have to offer?

So as the years have gone on, my fiance and I have gotten lame. We have a few "spots" and we want to share those with our guests, HOWEVER we want some "off the beaten path" ideas for restaurants, bars, attractions, etc

Mind you, this is for our Welcome Packet and gives guests ideas of things to do if they're in town on Friday, before the 3pm ceremony or on the Sunday after. Here is what we've got so far (a few are US and a few are very TOURIST)

-Cuvee
-Crisp on Brady
-Pizza Shuttle
-Bradford Beach
-people watching on Brady
-Farmer's Markets (any afficianados with advice on the best ones?)
-Betty Brinn museum
-Art museum & Discovery World
-Libiamo
-Ethiopian Cottage
-Miller beer tour

Please share ideas. Thanks in advanceCool

You could include a trolley schedule--it goes all over downtown to most of the best neighborhoods and is an easy way to tour the city.  http://ridemcts.com/Routes-Schedules/Downtown-Trolley-Loop/

Lakefront Brewery does tours and a very popular Friday night fish fry.

Perhaps a festival--there's one almost every weekend and on Friday nights there are usually free fireworks.

The Bay View farmers market is a pretty big deal.

Sobelman's is always a huge hit with out of town guests.

Baseball game at Miller Park if the Brewer's are home.

Lakefront brewery- has an awesome tour. It's 6 bucks but you get 4 glasses of beer during the tour and a keepsake Lakefront glass when  you are done.

Other places we have listed for guests- Milwaukee zoo, Milwaukee public market, Milwaukee art museum, the spy house - for drinks only, the food is overpriced and the service is not that great, the Jelly belly tour and outlet shopping in Pleasant prarie, Miller park -also offers $6 tours of the stadium!

The Bronz Fonz - if they are a Happy Days fan.
A stop by Leon's Custard at 27th and Oklahoma- the best custard in town.
Kopp's also has awesome custard :o)
    Harley Museum and Tour
Alterra Coffee shop  on the lake.

That's all I can think of for now...hope this helps :o)

The Milwaukee Public Museum!  A performance at the Marcus Center.  A ton of great ethnic restaurants.  The Pabst Mansion.  Old World Wisconsin.  St Josephat's Basilica.  The Calatrava. Drinks at the lounge at the top of the Pfister...
