Different ideas for Save the Dates?

FI and I are trying to think of different ideas for Save the Dates. We don't want to do magnets or anything like that. We were thinking of like a little booklet with all the info for the wedding. Something they can flip through (the majority of our guests are out of town) there are only about 20 potential guests in the area. Most will be coming from Ireland and the Northeast. We wanted to give them ideas on attractions, etc. since most will be making a vacation of it.

Any thoughts or ideas on something we can send them??

Thanks!

Sounds cute. We just did bookmarks with a link to our website on them. Depending on what your budget was, you could look into gotprint.com. My Aunt, who designed our save the dates (she's a graphic designer and does this type of stuff all the time), recommended them. They were inexpensive with higher print quality than other places. They have brochures as well as catalogs, either which of which might work for you.

That's really neat idea! Vistaprint has brochures you can design yourself or use their templates and you get 25 for 39.99. Here's a link:

The booklet idea sounds like a really nice touch. I've heard of a lot of people sending those out with the invititations. If you want something simpler for your STD, I made really cute postcard ones on zazzle.com. I didn't send it as a postcard, but rather filled both the left and right sides with text which you can customize (save the date for....date...place etc on the left and our wedding website on the right/address side) and put it in a small envelope with the picture side facing out. You can customize whatever text you want on the picture side too. Here's a pic:

    HTH!

ETA: It says Marco Island, FL on the front. The pic came out really small so I stretched it out a bit.
