Crinoline

Where did you buy your crinoline if you did buy one?  I tried one on with my dress last week and decided I wanted one.  I found one @ David's Bridal for $49, which I think is a good price but wanted to ask you ladies first for any other places where I could possible purchase one.

I am looking for a 'fit to flare' style.

TIA

I would look on ebay, recyled bride and the classified board. I don't think DB price is horrible, but I do think you could find it cheaper. HTH

I have 2 crinolines Im selling.  Both are adjustable waist's.

I have one full hoop crinoline with 4 adjustable hoops that can make your dress very puffy or not soo puffy.

The other one is just your standard tulle crinoline.

Im selling each separatley for $25.

I can email you pictures when I get home from work later today around 7 if interested.

Sorry just saw your post about fit to flare.....the tulle one would probably work...if you knew someone who sews they could take it in to make it a fit and flare.

I'd look at ebay. I got really cheap one from a seller called venusveils. It was brand new and did the trick admirably.

I bought my fit and flare crinoline from Mestads. It was $80, but it is COMFORTABLE. I actually brought my dress into DB and tried it on with theirs, and it didn't have enough tulle to hold the bottom of my dress up, and I wouldn't say my dress is excessively beaded. I also noticed the one from DB was not comfortable at all, and gave no support. The one I got from Mestad's has the Spanx type material on top, so it is comfortable and functional :)

I have one I'm selling (though I don't know how to describe it, lol.  I think I'm going to sell it to Classy Consignments in ANoka - they sell a TON of used gowns, crinolines, veils etc - I'd check there.
