The Foundry-St. Charles?

Has anyone worked with The Foundry in historic St. Charles?  I have always wanted a forest park wedding but that is logisticly challenging and more costly than necessary.  The Foundry seems like a good alturnative, nice, in St. Charles and can hold over 300 people.  Would love your thoughts if you have hosted an event there.

    Its 3500.00 just to rent it. We were going to have reception there, but it would have been almost $10,000 to rent the space, hire someone to come in and decorate, and for the food. The old Opera house on Main st. is really nice and is really reasonable. Its about 40 dollars a person and that includes food, open bar, and a door man, and they have diff table clothes and centerpieces you can choose from that is included in the price.

    i LOVE the Foundry. I wanted to have our reception there, but it was booked the whole month of October about a year in advance. I've been to 2 weddings there and it's beautiful
