Help with a vendor meeting

Hello! I'm meeting with my "cake" vendor today. We've decided to get cupcakes and cake drops. Aside from talking about flavors and numbers, what important things should I ask her? 

I'm thinking important things to cover are:
- Flavors
- Number of cupcakes/drops
- Delivery time
- Set up / Display


Anything else I'm missing? Thanks!

    Not sure. I went to a local bake shop today and asked them about their wedding cakes. I asked them how far in advance I had to order the cake.
    I asked them if I could pick flavors.
    I asked them if they did a tasting before we ordered the cake.
    And of course about prices.

    Good thing I like their cake (FMIL got a cake from them for my son's birthday) because they have limited flavors and won't do a tasting.
