Workout Accountability: Wednesday

Good morning all!

Yesterday I lifted and then hopped on the elliptical.  I upped my resistance this week on the elliptical and it was a little tough to get through.  And then I went home and FI surprised me by taking me out to a really nice restaurant.  Probably undid everything at the gym, but oh well it was worth it.

Tonight I'm going for a 4-6 mile run.

    Yesterday I joined LA Fitness.  I did the wii step for 40 minutes and then did workout 1 of 6 week to 6-pack and workout 1 of the 30 day shred.

    Tonight I'm going for my personal training assessment at the Gym, and depending on what kind of workout we do there, I'll hop on the elliptical afterwards.

    I did yoga last night and I tired to step it up a little by doing the more intense positions.  I can feel the effects of that today. :)

  • Good Morning!

    Last night I did 45 minutes on the treadmill at an incline.  

    Tonight I'll be doing 20-25 minutes elliptical and then upper body strength training.

  • Dawnie- my toe does hurt but it isn't excruciating or anything.  I mean, it's fractured, so I don't guess there's a lot I can do.  I tape it up & ice it.  I reduced my mileage but there are less than 8 weeks til the marathon!  I'm started to get more nervous than excited!  I just gotta hang in there :)
  • Got 35 minutes in on the elliptical last night and 20 minutes of weight lifting...would have gone for longer but it was already 8:30 and I hadn't eaten dinner yet so I was starving!

  • Wow nice job everyone!  Last night was lifting and abs.  Tonight I am hoping to run.  We will see how the day goes :)

    Halfway through the week! Yay! I did my first day of 30DS Level 3. The strength moves were a killer. I was proud of how well I fared during cardio, though. I'll add on Zumba tomorrow.

    I have to call the county court house in a little bit to see if I have jury duty tomorrow. UGH! I was on a jury about 3 years ago when I lived in a different county, so I hope that counts as "time served." Fingers crossed!

  • Went to a boot camp class tonight!  Kicked my butt.. should definitely sign up for more of those!!
