Sick of TK Eating Posts

I really am tired of this. They need to get the server situation, or whatever the situation is, straightened out. I just commented on the Marian flowers/Unity Candles post, and then found that the last two days of posts have disappeared, but the posts that disappeared three days ago are suddenly back. Really, this is ridiculous.

I tried to look for some way to make a useful complaint, like sending something to a CEO or to the shareholders or something, but TK/XO Group literally don't seem to have even customer service! Argh!

    I agree. Since January, the sorting has not worked, which drives me crazy

    There are so many 3rd party forums that work and are easy.

    I just came back on and was like, hey, there are my posts that had disappeared... 

    It is a pain, but usually the answer to complaints on free sites is "you get what you pay for"

    It's a pain and that is usually the answer, but Carrie is right, there are a lot of much, much better options for this. I think they are using this forum because it is the best in terms of ad space. Which is a good business decision, but will turn bad if people, especially new users, become frustrated and leave.

    They are still trying to figure it all out... apparently the vendor they use is trying to correct the problem, and they are performing recoveries for the lost posts, but when they load the recoveries for the old/lost posts, the new ones get lost!

    I will keep you guys updated if they have any new info. Sorry about this...
