The "why 2012" post got me thinking. A few girls said that they were waiting to graduate, which makes me feel "old", but I'm totally not

How old are you? How old is your FI?

Me: 23 FI: almost 28.

We're both students and working full-time so we figured we'd need that much time to get all of the planning in. We should be graduated or very close to graduating around that time also. I'm so sick of people disapproving of the long engagement. I don't see what the big rush is anyways (and a lot of the venues I like are booked for 2011!)

My FI and I are both 22, he's almost exactly 2 months older than me.

19 and 19. (We are graduating 2 years ahead of time...)
Will be 21 and 21 when we actually get married.

Haha,I love that! At least you'll never forget each other's birthdays. I tease him because I've always wanted to marry an "older" guy and he is the only guy I've dated that has been older. So something went right!

Wow! I totally thought i was young to be a bride, im the first in my family and all of my friends to get engaged. I am 23 (this week) and my FI is 22. So when we're married i will be 24 and he will be 23

We're both out of school (although I plan on starting my Master's after we get married). We're waiting to save money and because Spring 2011 was too soon (we got engaged in July).
