my centerpieces are pretty much going to be something like this

i'm not sure if i want to use votive candles or tealights....any suggestions on what would look better?

I would definitely do votives. They will be more noticeable and last longer.

Either would look nice, but I think votives are safer if surrounded by the petals. Tealights are more of a fire hazard, and will not burn as long.

Votives in a little cup like in the photo will be safer and they will also burn longer. You can actually buy votice size candles already in a little glass cup at Wal-Mart. They are in a value pack . .I want to say like 24 for around 6 bucks. Which is really a pretty good deal.
