Transportation for 2 hours in St. Louis

We need transportation for a 13 member wedding party for about 2 hours before the wedding for pictures. There will be 2 or 3 locations in the downtown St Louis area. All the limo companies have a 4 hour minimum. We need to keep in under $300. Any ideas?

    We were in a similar situation & only needed a limo for 2 hours, but I couldn't find one that would book for less than 4.  I considered renting a 15 passenger van and hiring a driver... but in the end the costs were about the same as the limo.  I ended up booking a limo, even though we will not use it for the full time.


    You should check out St. Louis Transportation... they have wedding packages, but you can eliminate things from them to lower the cost, which would put you in your budget.
