I have a fun "My Own Greatest Hits" playlist on Spotify that is all those one hit wonder, bad pop songs I love.  But I need more.

    Are you playing Song Pop?  There is a one hit wonder list on there.  But now I can't think of anything on it.

    That's a FB game, right?  

    Spotify is a music streaming service that is basically ITunes for free and you can make playlists  But it does have ads.  Except I've noticed on my playlists, there's almost never there.

    It's an ap that only goes through FB if you use FB to log in, but yes.  You get a choice of three categories and then play against a friend to guess either the artist or the song title from a short clip.  You earn coins that you use to buy new categories.  I am currently infuriating people with the National Anthems category.  I don't really know these.  I'm just a good guesser.

    Do 'They Might Be Giants' count, since they basically never make it big in the mainstream? 

    Did 'twisted sister' have any hits other than 'we're not gonna take it'?

    GB, that counts.  I thought I had added them, but I have not.  For some reason, I always get them, Crash Test Dummies and Butthole Surfers mixed up in terms of who sang what.  Not b/c any of them sound alike, I think it's the odd names.

    I have the cover of Come On Eileen by Save Ferris b/c I really liked that album.  Yay ska!

    It's basically a mish mash of stuff I remember from old radio/CDs/working in music store, so there's no real rules.  I have more than one Spice Girls song for example, sitting next to a bunch of Hole and Tracy Bonham.  It's mostly stuff I just want to sing along with.

    I've done most of those lists, Zsa.  I pulled up the old Billboard charts.  I just thought people might have more suggestions.  I'm up to 7 hours, I guess I should be happy with that.

    My old favorite college radio station that was finally nixed back in 98?  Some old DJ actually got on and recreated their old playlists on Spotify.  That was entertaining for months.

    Ooo, GB, New Age Girl was a good one.  They don't have the original one, but that made me remember the Dumb and Dumber soundtrack which picked up a few more.  Plus, how could I forgot Presidents!  I loved them!  So, I added 3 from them (Peaches, Dune Buggy and Lump).

    Now, I just remembered to add some Beck.

    I did have Lisa Loeb's Stay and I Do, as well.

    4 Non Blonders is excellent.  Added.  Piece of trivia, the song title is actually What's Up?  I used to have to explain that to people all the time in the music store and they never believed me.
