So as many of you know Andres and I are looking for a house which doesnt seem like its going to come out anytime soon
we were very hopeful so we decided that we were going to move in with my MIL and FIL, which is not bad at all, but it just isnt a good place for newlyweds. Don't get me wrong, they are super nice and everything but it's their house and they have the last say in everything
so....Andres and I are moving out!(YAY)
I know you ladies are amazing and know it all and will help me find a place to rent!!!!
I have a realstate looking for me, but I know my knotties may have the inside scoop to some aunt's apt or that cousin with the house for rent
We are looking for a 1/1 preferably under 900 (and that's super pushing it)in Miramar/Pines/Miami Lakes area or Aventura, but what's most important is since we plan to get a house in the next 6 months we can't commit to a 1 year lease.
I know a lot people rent their apt's that are on short sale and give you a 1 month notice to move out if the bank takes over it, so if you guys know of anything I would not be able to thank you enough!!!
