Hahah. You are NOT helping my iced mocha craving. Mmmm. Maybe I'll try the skinny one so I don't have to feel so guilty. I just know it won't be the same though.

I had my first fitting with Becky last night and it was great! She is such a sweet, sweet lady. Also, it turns out that my dress overlay is the perfect length! Apparently my mom and I haven't been doing a good job of putting in on correctly or something, haha. So yay for less alterations! :)

Update: Do not EVER get the iced skinny mocha at Starbucks. Blech! Artifical sweetener + chocolate flavor do not mix!

Erica, it's funny you mention that. My go-to at Starbucks is a skinny cinnamon dolce latte (yum!), but now I can definitely tell (and hate it) when they don't actually give me the skinny.

Haha, that is funny! Maybe it's just an acquired taste. Or maybe it isn't as bad with the cinnamon dulce since it isn't chocolatey, or iced...?

I made this mistake once and never again. It was AWFUL. I'll take a small nonfat caramel macchiato for 140 calories, please.

The Refreshers are pretty good, at least the one I tried was. They sell them in the can at Tom Thumb for $1.50 on sale. The one I tried was strawberry or something like that. Pretty tasty, but it gave me a headache.

I'm a little worried (shocking, I know). I just found out that I will likely not get to keep my current position when I start my school schedule in August. I'm not losing my job, but I'll rotate between a few different offices. I really wanted to stay where I am now and I like having a permanent place because I just feel more useful, but it looks like that will probably not happen.

Taking that trip to SF a week ago was the BEST thing we could have done. We ran around like crazy people so that we could enjoy the trip, and when we got back we were like, welp, I guess we can relax now.
We've had things to do here and there, but it's been very slow-paced. I spent 4 hours with one of my bridesmaids (who is still on maternity leave) and her sweet daughter today. It's been nice to enjoy the week.
