A lot of our guests will be scattered around Orlando and there ain't no way I'm driving all around to deliever welcome bags.
I'm thinking the easiest solution is to just give out the bags to the folks who come to the rehearsal lunch? But, these bags will have helpful info in them (essentially how to get around, directions, etc). How should I get them to the other guests? Email? Send it ahead of time?? We all know guests are notorious for having info and not reading it... should I even bother trying to get the info out?
