  I would suggest Rick's Cakes.  Very reasonably priced for cake and very tasty!

  I used Cakes by Stephanie which was VERY reasonable!  We were happy!  Also, the few bouts I needed were ordered from Pick 'n Save for $5/pop for carnations.  I had fake bouquets.

  Hands Down Ricks Bakery - amazing. Sandy is great to work with and very accomodating.
