I have seen a few of them in the past few months downtown- but mostly over on Beach Drive by the Museum of Fine Arts.    You may want to go over there (if you can) on a Saturday evening.  There is one that starts/stops by Moon Under Water.

Yes, they still do it. It is something that I really wanted in the beginning of my planning process.  However, we had a TERRIBLE experience with the owner.  We reviewed his contract which releases him of ANY and ALL liability which concerned us.  One, because he's working with huge animals and two, he's driving us down the middle of downtown in traffic so any number of things could go wrong.  When we simply asked him if he was insured he got completely belligerent!  He said some horrible things to my FI and said that he didn’t want our money and hung up the phone.  Unless you don’t mind assuming all responsibility (including not getting your money back if it rains) and dealing with people who conduct themselves unprofessionally then I’d steer clear of this company.

We ended up getting a vintage car in the end and I cannot wait!
