Hi Again! Question for Qynn Brides

Hi, I'm wondering if the Wynn brides all stayed at the wynn?

The rooms are so pricey and we are going on a seperate honeymoon.  I'm having a hard time justifying the expense of staying there when I can stay somewhere else for less.

Pros/Cons??  I need help ladies.

We stayed there and am so glad we did.  With the bride/groom discount the rooms weren't as outrageous as they can be at times.

When we got there I was able to drop off my dress at the wedding salon for them to coordinate steaming with Fit for a Bride.  When my dress was done Debi returned it to the salon and I picked it up there.  I didn't realize how nice it would be to have it taken care of so easily.  One less thing to worry about really.

It was awesome to have my flowers delivered to our room while I was getting ready.  And then after our ceremony one of the floral arrangements was delivered to our room for us to enjoy for the rest of our stay.

I never felt rushed because I knew I was just walking downstairs to my ceremony.  I didnt' have to worry about transportation or getting stuck in traffic or any of that.  The day after it was just a walk downstairs to view our pictures.  Again, not worrying about transportation there at a certain time, etc.

While it was pricier than staying somewhere else the convenience and customer service were worth it.

We are staying there but we aren't doing an extra honeymoon.  We actually just got a better rate since Wynn is currently offering 25% off room rates booked 45 days in advance.  Awesome deal!

I like the idea of just being able to walk downstairs and to the wedding salon.  That being said...my sister got married at Bellagio but stayed at TI because they really like that hotel.  Stay where you want, just consider the cost associated with renting the limo etc to get you to the ceremony.

Wynn has amazing customer service so you won't be disappointed but it truly comes down to what you want to do.

We are staying at Wynn the nights before and after our wedding, and at Treasure Island the rest of the time. We just did a Tower Suite, didn't upgrade to the really expensive suites or anything, and we booked it through the wedding salon. It wasn't horrible, but more than I'd pay if it wasn't my wedding! However, my parents and some relatives were able to get rooms for about $120 a night when they booked at least 4 nights with airfare on I think orbitz or expedia. I think staying at Wynn and Treasure Island throughout our trip will be nice, because pretty much all of our guests are staying at those two hotels.

I did see the deal on the website and I've been considering it.  I'm just one of those kind of people that think that I can always get it cheaper.  Being that the deal is non-refundable, that's out of the question.  Also, I was worried about guests and family.  Most want to stay at the same hotel we are, but the Wynn is way out of budget for most.

Most of my guests are staying at TI or other hotels.  I suggest having guests book through hotels rather than travel sites since they can have the hotel apply better rates if they come along and they only have to pay for one night rather than the entire stay up front.

We've suggested our friends check out smartervegas.com and vegastripping.com to find hotel deals.  If you use twitter you should sign up to follow some of the hotels.  TI just recently sent out a deal via twitter.
