  What version of birkat hamazon are you looking for?  Do you need English or transliteration, Sephardi or Ashkenazi, and are you looking the full traditional version?

  Having only the hebrew is fine, but I wouldnt mind the English or transliteration.

   and you can just add the sheva brachot at the end of either which you can find at http://pathways.aish.com/pathways/jewishlaw/dailyliving/shevabrachot.pdf
