Hair trials

Hi Baltimore Brides!

So I am getting married in November and I want to start looking to do some hair trials.  But here is the challange my hair is down to my waist and THICK!  I want to wear it down for the wedding half up half down with some curls.  I don't regularly go to a salon so I have no idea who to trust with my hair.  I also want someone to come out to the house on my wedding day to do it.  Anyone have any ideas?

    Check out Up Do's for I Do's.  They travel to venues to do both hair and makeup. 

    Where are you located?  I'm sure people will be able to suggest salons or other places to check out.

    In Columbia/Ellicott City - I would try Looks Salon, Envy, or Lily MaRitza.  They all have great stylists and can suggest people to travel to your venue - if that's what you're looking for.

    I absolutely love the girl that does my hair.  Her name is Amy and she's at a salon called Image Is in Cockysville.  She does everyone in my family's hair, including my fiance.  For weddings they travel to where ever you want, but they do charge an extra $75 for that.  Amy also did my cousin's wedding a few years ago and everyone looked great.  I also have super think hair and she did a great job doing it half up for that wedding.  It was actually the first time I liked my hair for a function.  The wedding package is a bit pricey, but in my opinion, totally worth it.  Amy is also one of the sweetest people and will definitely help keep you calm on the big day.

    I'm using Baltimore Bridal Hair, they've gotten great reviews! I haven't scheduled my trial yet though, which I think I shall send them an email now about that! :)

    I second Baltimore Bridal Hair!  I had my trial last night with Jamie, and it came out amazing!  I also have very thick hair, down to almost my waist.  I had my hair styled similarly to the picture you posted, and the curls held fairly well yesterday.
